My Journey to Health and Wellness
My journey into the world of health and wellness didn’t happen overnight. Like many people, I struggled with finding balance in my life. Between work, family, and personal commitments, I often felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from my own well-being. It wasn’t until "I experienced a health scare" or "I hit a low point in my mental health" that I realized something needed to change.
